Press the icon to add a new reservation.

Press the blue arrow button to view or edit an existing hotel reservation.

To delete an existing reservation, swipe the row from right to left and press the Delete button that appears. Note - this cannot be undone.

Press the Mouse Memo button to return to the Main Menu

Press the Hotel row to display a list of Hotels.

Press the Check In/Check Out row to select the reservation dates.

Enter the confirmation number and number of rooms

The phone number is automatically filled in. If you are using this application on an iPhone, pressing the Call button will dial the reservation number.

The hotel address is also automatically displayed.

Enter the Rate, Deposit, and Deposit Due Date.

Press the Save button to save your reservation and return to the Reservation list.

Press the Cancel button to return to the reservation list WITHOUT SAVING the reservation.

Select the desired hotel by pressing the row. The application returns to the hotel reservation detail screen.

If you wish to view more information about the hotel, press the blue arrow icon. The hotel detail screen is shown.

If you wish to add a hotel, press the icon to display the Add Hotel screen.

This screen shows allows new hotels to be added to the application.

Enter the name, address, and phone number for the hotel.

Select the hotel type by pressing the Type row.

Select the hotel location by pressing the Location row.

Press the Save button to save your new hotel and return to the Hotels list.

Press the Cancel button to return to the Hotels list WITHOUT SAVING the hotel.

Use the selection wheels to enter the date and time of the reservation.

The Day, Month, and Year buttons adavance the displayed date by 1 day/month/year.

Press Save to accept the date and time. Press Canel to return to the reservation entry screen.

If you are using an iPhone, the Call button will place a call to the hotel number.

Note, this will terminate Mouse Memo - the reservation being entered or edited will be saved before the application exits.
